What can I say in brief....? My academic progress
while in school has earned me such honor as Attestation with Excelence (Silver medal award), while that at the graduate institution
earned a Degree with Honor (Red Diploma.) Time during my
six-year tenure after graduating university, has given me broad opportunities to work at World Bank, United Nations Development
Programme, various projects of Armenian Ministries and International organizations. On cumulative basis during the last six
years I have spent three years in EU countries - on research and short-term studies. Because I have been doing
PhD I have been considering only short term assignments. In that way I used broad opportunities to undergo various trainesheeps and
take courses in Western Europe.
So, as shown on my resume, I have recently gained my
PhD in International Economics with the dissertation topic – Armenia within the globalizing economic relations. That
has given me the opportunity to develop my knowledge on economic relations and trade policy issues in the ever globalized
world, on competitive advantage mechanisms, income inequal distribution and poverty issues, the problems and solutions
for effective integration.
Because I have explored the topic in depth and from various angles, have experienced international environment and
worked in foreign countries, I have developed not only theoretical but more importantly - practical skills. Involvement with
varios NGOs has contributed to development of my fundraising skills. Overall, I think, my work experience shows ability
to interact, to work effectively with my colleagues and third parties from various backgrounds and various levels.
